Approximately 5 serves per 100g
Simply add about 2tbsp (20g) to 100ml of water and shake vigorously (blitzing works best). Serve as an enrichment drink or why not pour into moulds and freeze for some fun frozen treatos.
For a thicker, more creamy consistency add some Greek Yoghurt.
